The growing demand for privacy-preserving data sharing has positioned synthetic data generation as a critical component of responsible AI workflows. Despite notable advances in generative modeling, existing solutions often lack integration of adaptive generation strategies, multi-metric evaluation, and accessible end-to-end generators within a unified web-based toolkit. In this work, we introduce TDGT (Tabular Data Generation Toolkit), a web-based toolkit for synthetic tabular data generation and fidelity assessment. TDGT introduces the Adaptive Bayesian Mixture Synthesizer (ABMS), a novel algorithm that autonomously determines the optimal number of mixture components through iterative cluster quality optimization, eliminating the need for manual hyperparameter configuration. Building upon ABMS, we further propose VAE-ABMS, a hybrid architecture that couples Variational Autoencoder-based latent space learning with adaptive Bayesian mixture synthesis, enabling high-fidelity generation of complex, nonlinear tabular distributions. For large-scale scenarios, TDGT provides a GPU-accelerated variant of ABMS leveraging CUDA-based k-means clustering and Gaussian mixture fitting. Synthetic data fidelity is assessed through eleven statistical fidelity metrics spanning distributional divergence, structural correlation, and sample-level similarity, complemented by privacy risk indicators including k-anonymity scoring and disclosure rate estimation. The web-based toolkit supports a real-time streaming interface with interactive Plotly-based visualizations. TDGT is assessed across datasets from healthcare, socioeconomic modeling, and cybersecurity domains, demonstrating consistent generation fidelity and statistical coherence across heterogeneous feature types and data scales.

IG-GAN: A Generative Adversarial Network for Aerodynamic Data Generation Based on Intrinsic Geometry

Ying Yan, Liwei Hu, Xiaoming Zhang

Existing generative models learn data distributions in flat Euclidean space. However, most data in our real world are manifolds embedded in high dimensional Euclidean space. Therefore, we propose an intrinsic-geometry-based generative adversarial network (IG-GAN) for data generat…

Addressing Limited Data in Auditory Attention Decoding with Diffusion Generative Models

David Rannaleet, Victor Gunnarsson, Bo Bernhardsson, Martin A. Skoglund, Emina Alickovic

Limited training data constrains deep learning models for Auditory Attention Decoding (AAD) in hearing aids (HAs). AAD uses electroencephalogram (EEG) data to decode listener's attention, enabling real-time tracking of specific sound sources. However, achieving high AAD performan…

SGN: A Similarity-based Generative Network for Data Generation under Distribution Shift

Jiaqi Zhu, Xincheng Chen, Yuncheng Wu, Zhaojing Luo, Beng Chin Ooi

Generative models trained on a source domain often produce samples that are poorly aligned with shifted target domains, limiting their effectiveness for target-domain data augmentation. Although target-specific adaptation can reduce this mismatch, it typically requires additional…

Diffusion models have achieved remarkable success across diverse domains, with performance closely related to the denoising backbones that parameterize the score function. In this paper, we present a systematic, phase-aware analysis of diffusion components and show that abrupt, e…

CONFLUX: A Latent Diffusion Model for 3D Chest-CT Synthesis with RL Post-Training

Max Van Puyvelde, Halil Ibrahim Gulluk, Wim Van Criekinge, Olivier Gevaert

Controllable generative models of 3D medical images can synthesize volumes with specified clinical attributes, but this demands samples that are simultaneously high-fidelity, natively 3D, and faithful to the requested conditioning. We present CONFLUX, a latent diffusion model for…
